| Instruction for application : |

Polystick PU-7070 adhesive is a solvent borne polyurethane adhesive which is used in footwear industry. The surfaces to be bonded should be made free from impurities like dust, oil and grease. The adhesive is applied for the bonding of synthetic soles to upper in combination with a proportionate hardener @ .5% by weight. This is done for better bonding between two substrates in order to attain a desired result. Adhesive applied on the surface is to be heat activated at around 60°C & then should be pressed together under uniform pressure. Final peel strength is achieved after one day. |

| RECOMMENDED FOR USE : |
The Containers should be tightly packed so as to keep airtight.
The products should be stirred properly before its application. |

| Precaution: |
| This is flammable in nature & lid should be replaced after its partial usage. Proper suitable protective clothes & safety goggles for eyes protection should be used by the person handling the work. Adhesive mixed with cross linking agents has a very limited pot life, so it should be mixed as per the actual requirement. |

| STORAGE CONDITION : |
The adhesive containers should be kept in a shed so as to avoid direct sunlight. The product should be kept in a cool & dry place. The temperature of a covered placed should be maintained between 10°C to 40°C. These products should be stored in a flame proof area. |
